Sullivan County Catskills Travel Guide

Driving Tourism
In the Sullivan County Catskills

The Sullivan County Visitors Association’s 2010 Travel Guide — developed by FisherMears Associates — hits the street this weekend as the team takes to NYC
to pitch Sullivan County
at the New York Times Travel Show.

This year’s guide beckons travelers to embark on
The Perfect Getaway and features detailed listings
of a wide range of attractions, outdoor recreation, accommodations and restaurants as well as
a full-color road map of the county, highlighting destinations and attractions.

We print over 150,000 copies for use in response to phone and web http://scva.net inquiries generated from integrated advertising efforts. Guides are also distributed at regional travel shows and at paid information centers throughout the northeast.

The guide’s theme will be integrated into additional marketing channels including Internet, print, email, radio and social media.

Stay tuned for campaign results.

Print Advertising

ENGAGED.

Nearly three quarters of all US adults have read a newspaper in the past week. Whoa! That’s 170 million people! And guess what? They are actively involved with the advertising in it, taking action including making a purchase, clipping a coupon, visiting a store, or checking your website. Sounds like a good reason to engage in print as part of your marketing mix, ey?

The public’s perception of your business will be shaped by the appearance of your print ads, whether in newspapers or magazines. Print ads done right — the kind you get, of course, from FisherMears Associates — are compelling, emotional, and impactful.
